Henshaw Group employs 94 permanent members of staff and around 500 regular sub-contractors.

As we grow we continue to recruit in ways consistent with our community focus. We work closely with the local WINZ branch; ensuring ongoing recruitment provides opportunities for people within the community.

APPRENTICESHIPS

Henshaw Group Ltd, subsidiary companies and a number of our preferred sub-contractors run active Apprenticeship Programmes. The number of apprentices currently employed throughout the organisation represents a meaningful percentage of our waged work force.

As a responsible employer Henshaw Group Ltd provides all safety equipment and funds the provision of tools by way of interest-free loans.
