Spectrum Care
Spectrum Care, an independent charitable trust concerned with the care of intellectually disabled members of the community, required a cost effective solution for the repair and maintenance issues they faced in their urban care facilities. With 400 people residing in 80 Auckland and Waikato properties it was vital that the chosen service provider be experienced, knowledgeable and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Henshaw Group Limited was immediately able to allocate to the project a team of dedicated staff, well versed in the needs of the Health and Disability sector. The team provided Spectrum Care with extensive scoping, reporting and programming services from the very beginning of the relationship. This conscientious approach ensured an accurate record of the condition of every single property, and gave Spectrum Care and Henshaw Group a stable foundation on which to base their maintenance and improvement plan.
"We enjoy a great working relationship with the management and staff of the Henshaw Group. They routinely meet tight deadlines in respect to providing responsive maintenance and they work constructively with our property team on planned maintenance and property improvements."
