Our Team

General Manager Tom Lavery joined Henshaw Group in 1989 and has considerable industry experience, having worked in construction and maintenance since 1979.

A Quantity Surveyor, Health & Safety Advisor and 2 IT Advisors provide assistance with the logistics and everyday running of the business.

There are 3 Administration staff and on-site management is provided by a Site Supervisor and 3 Site Project Managers.

The rest of the HBSL team consists of approximately 30 carpenters and apprentices.
