Henshaw Group Ltd offers both planned and responsive construction and maintenance services to commercial customers.

Our contracts with Housing New Zealand (HNZC) involve maintaining and refurbishing a portfolio of approximately 6,000 properties on the North Shore and West Auckland and providing a full range of maintenance services for the 2,200 dwellings owned by HNZC in Northland.

We are accountable for quality assurance and auditing procedures, as well as Health and Safety. In addition to these routine practices, we are able to meet even more exacting standards, such as those required by the Health and Disability sector.
