General Manager Tom Lavery joined Henshaw Group in 1989 and has considerable industry experience, having worked in construction and maintenance since 1979.An advisory team comprising a Health & Safety Advisor and a Human Resources advisor provide assistance with the logistics and everyday running of the business.
The management team consists of a Quality Auditor, Exterior Project Team Leader and an Administration Manager.
A Deputy General Manager leads the rest of the HPSL team, approximately 12 Supervisors, Painters and Decorators.
